Dear Tenant,

We have been notified by Way Finder’s Insurance Agency that we need to inform them of any lithium-ion batteries our tenants have in their units or on property. Lithium-ion batteries are associated with e-bikes, e-scooters and other micromobility devices.

Please return the bottom portion of this letter to the Property Management office or the Rent payment drop off box.

This is a time sensitive request. We need to have your response as soon as possible or no later than Wednesday, April 24^th.
